Surveys & Management plans
Under the Control of Asbestos at Work regulations (CAW) all owners and occupants of commercial buildings built prior to 2000, have a duty to manage asbestos containing material (ACM) in the building. Therefore owners and occupants have a legal duty to have the correct procedures in place to deal with asbestos. An asbestos survey is usually required to locate and identify ACM.
Envirocare is a leading provider of hassle-free asbestos identification, surveying and risk assessment. If asbestos is identified, we can set up a management action plan to deal with asbestos containing material.
We offer an independent asbestos survey and suggest ways of managing and reducing the risk of ACM. We are not involved in the removal of asbestos, so we have no conflict of interest when it comes to preparing the management plan and suggesting the way forward.
