Company: A leading UK rubber products manufacturer required noise and stack sampling to assess their environmental impact for their IPPC application covering an A2 process.
How we helped: We provided on-site stack emissions monitoring and an environmental noise survey to assess their environmental impact. We identified a pump which contributed significant environmental noise pollution and we suggested strategies to reduce the noise level.
Result: The company were able to reduce noise to acceptable levels and thus reduce the possibility of complaints. The company were provided with all the measurements required by their Environmental Agency permit.
